What we collect, and what we don’t.

The short version

This is a marketing site. The only personal information it handles is what you choose to send us through the contact form. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.

What the contact form collects

When you submit a project inquiry, the form collects your name, your organization (optional), the service you’re interested in, and your message. That submission is delivered as an email to info@iotsolutions.co.uk.

Your inquiry then lives in our inbox as ordinary email correspondence, kept only as long as it takes to handle the conversation. If you want it deleted, ask and we’ll delete it.

What this site doesn’t do

The site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We don’t run advertising networks, we don’t build profiles of visitors, and we don’t sell or share the information you send us.

To access, correct, or delete anything you’ve sent us, email info@iotsolutions.co.uk, or call +44 (0) 7830 623299 (UK line) or +1 (869) 669 6122 (Caribbean line). We respond within one working day — usually faster.

Who we are

IOT Solutions, Bladen’s Housing Development, Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
